- Send marketing updates only when separate optional consent has been provided.
Service providers and transfers
Form submissions are transmitted to the service hosted at phoenixos.cloud. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads may process measurement data only according to the visitor’s consent choice. Email, hosting, accounting and payment providers may also process information when needed to provide their service.
If information is processed outside Québec, Drone Party Montreal must complete the required privacy assessment and written provider agreement before production use. The hosting location and processing terms for phoenixos.cloud remain a launch-verification item and no contrary representation is made here.
Retention
- Unbooked inquiries: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
- Venue photos for an unbooked request: up to 90 days after the assessment.
- Booking and accounting records: six years from the end of the tax year to which they relate, or longer when legally required.
- Marketing preferences: until consent is withdrawn or after 24 months without interaction.
- Form drafts: session storage only and normally removed when the browser session ends or after successful submission.
When retention is no longer necessary, information is securely deleted or anonymized.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage supports form drafts, duplicate prevention and privacy preferences. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied unless the visitor selects “Allow all.” Consent can be changed by clearing the site’s local storage or contacting the Privacy Officer.
